Many of us often wander what we actually need to do to lose weight and what actually suits us: cardio or strength? ?
It’s had been a question for all of us . And we seem quite confused with it .

According to dictionary cardio exercise means that strenghens your body’s circulatory system
And strength training is what that stengths your muscle power .
So according to science and research , it’s said that both are necessary for a healthy living .
Here we list some major differences between cardio and strengh exersing that would help you to choose accordingly which one is best for you .
Cardio exercises have the following bennefits :

â—Źit would help you to tolerate heavy exersice for a longer time .

â—Ź most probably in losing weight .

â—Ź also helps in reducing blood pressure

â—Ź helps to increase good cholesterol.

Besides this cardio exersice also keeps your heart well and healthy.
Now let’s dicuss the benefits of strengh exersices-
Befenits of strengh exersices :
â—ŹIncrease in muscle mass even after a certain age .

â—ŹStronger bones and reduction of fractures even after the age of 30

â—ŹFlexibility in the joint and muscle areas and helps to reduce the symtopms of arthritis

â—ŹAbsolutely in reducing weight
So , as it is suggested you can do both type exercises to keep yourself healthy and fitfor a longer duration of time .
So it’s not necessary to follow both in order to lose more weight .
But make sure to follow any one which suits you and try doing it everyday to lose weight and get your body type .
