The fitness industry has been on the down since covid hit the world. But it is safe to say it is for our wellbeing that the governments have decided social exclusion from everyone.
But we have to keep in check with our health. So maintaining a proper workout at home is actually empowering. Understanding the risk of getting infection will help you in the long run.
So that’s when today’s matter comes into action, whether you want to do it at home or outside.

So keep in mind these things if you are thinking about a group fitness after all.

The virus is potent wherever you go for a certain period of time and pertains to stay there.
Exercises at the gym or in group workouts are not that secure but you should follow protocols.

Make a reservation with your personal trainer.
Workout in small groups less than five.
Make workouts outside.
Do a routine checkup.
It is advisable not to attend any type of outdoor workouts if you have any underlying illnesses which may progress your rate of getting infected.
High intensity workouts increase your chances of getting infected.

Select a gym that is bigger or a few more floors than one. The rate of infection increases in a closed or crowded area. As long as there’s room for air and if you keep the windows open, if possible.


Outdoor workouts are the best way to combat this if one chooses to workout outside. Coronavirus is less potent outside considerably because outside conditions minimizes the chances for getting infected as the sunsight quickly disables the virus and presence of air steers the virus away.

If you are still choose to workout in groups or gyms:

  • Stay six feet from one another
  • Wear masks
  • Take a sanitizer with you, and use them
  • Take a towel with you to rub off sweat.
  • Avoid heavy workouts.

The best way to workout is to stay indoor at home or outside away from others. Advise you not to do heavy workouts in a closed area or group, like yoga and Pilates, well your doctor will advise you not to go outside, at all. Listen to him.
