Easily one of the most famous sweets to eat on Diwali. But the amount of calorie it holds is right up there in the above 170’s. But simply put, that does not end there, the amount of calorie depends on the type of ladoo you eat. There are various ladoos in which calories go as high as 185.


Gulab Jamun


Like the ladoos you ate just now the calorie variation of gulab jamun also changes on the basis of recipes used. But the average calorie of that sweet savory ball of sweet that melts in your mouth just gave you about 193 calories or higher depending on the type you eat.


Jalebi


It is one of the most popular dishes made in India. Made from the combination of sugar syrup and wheat flour, it’s hard to go unnoticed. The bright orange spectacle for the eyes. Served warm or cold either way it has about 150 calories.


Ras Malai


It is one of the most famous deserts in india. Said to be a royal Bengali dessert which is also rich in calorie, is a mix of juice and cream with about 250 calories, each serving.
