Hormones are the various chemical agents which travel through the bloodstream of an organism, hormones are present in multicellular organisms like human beings and various others.

Hormones have a definitive purpose that they carry out during their time present in the body.

Their functions are predetermined and are carried throughout the blood system to reach various organs present in the body.

What we truly need to understand is that there are various types of hormones present in our body for various purpose and various organs. These help in growth, increasing the sex drive or libido, health,
happiness etc,

How hormones affect weight loss and fat storage are the two sides of a single coin, whether one likes it or not,

Hormones do affect our body on a level which is unnoticeable at times, but over time it shows.

The various hormones present in our body mainly insulin, leptin namely do hurt our body. It is as serotonin is present in our body which drives us to be happy.

Insulin can cause weight gain and fat build-up. Even though both the substance is inversely related insulin creates a motion for fat builds up in the body. As the presence of insulin makes it hard for the glucose to break down and fatty acids to form and causes fat buildup in the body.

Obesity can also be one of the reasons why fat build occurs in the body it related to lack of serotonin in the body, this creates a void in the person’s mind which is due to a chemical reaction that occurs in the body. These cause weight loss drastically or either cause overeating and fat buildup.

Hormones do affect weight loss and fat gain.

Too much of a hormone can cause hormonal imbalance which affects the persons day to day life and their wellbeing as well.

Hormonal balance can be controlled only by timely checkups, otherwise, it may go unnoticed.
